OUR COLLEGE PROGRAM

Formally called the DIEL Program, the college program is an integral part of our STEM Conferences. The program provides STEM students with an incredible opportunity to network, job search, and learn about pursuing successful STEM careers.

Additionally, exceptional students receive recognition for their achievements on campus and in the community. Students who participate experience a spectacular Awards Gala, informative seminars, one of the country’s top career fairs, and endless networking opportunities.

Each year our STEM Conferences and the Foundation for Educational Development, Inc. award over $100,000 in travel scholarships to assist students to attend the conference. Scholarships are awarded in the form of reduced registration rates to each student who applies to attend the conference

You can attend our conferences for FREE when you sign-up to become a Campus Coordinator. Download the BEYA Campus Coordinator kit or the Women of Color Campus Coordinator kit to learn more.

Participation in DIEL can be as simple as attending the conference or even more rewarding as taking on the role as a campus leader who coordinates the participation of your fellow students. Either way, contact Kayenecha Daugherty and become involved.
