2013 Hotel Reservations

You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations for your stay at the Washington Marriott Wardman Park. The conference is being held at the Washington Marriott Wardman Park – 2660 Woodley Road, NW, Washington, DC 20008

You must make your hotel reservation by Wednesday January 23, 2013 in order to receive the special discounted conference rates.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m.

 Airline Discounts: American Airlines is offering a 5% discount off the lowest available published airfare. To obtain special discounted rates for American Airlines, please visit their website at www.aa.com or call their Meeting Services Desk at (800) 433-1790 and mention Meeting Code: A4223BX.

There is a $15 service charge for all tickets booked via phone and a $20 service charge for all tickets purchased at the airport. Online reservations are not subject to service charges.

Transportation: The Washington Ronald Reagan National International Airport is the closest airport to the hotel. It is approximately 8 miles from the Washington Marriott Wardman Park Hotel and is about a 20-minute cab ride. The average cost of a cab ride from the Washington National International Airport (DCA) to the Hotel is about $20.

The Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport is approximately 33 miles from the Washington Marriott Wardman Park Hotel and is about a 50-minute cab ride. The average cost of a cab ride from the BWI Airport to the Hotel is about $80.

The Washington Dulles International Airport is approximately 28 miles from the Washington Marriott Wardman Park Hotel and is about a 45-minute cab ride. The average cost of a cab ride from the Dulles International Airport (IAD) to the Hotel is $65.
