The CCG speechwriter will contact you to assist you with developing your remarks after you submitted your draft. Speeches are due no later than November 30, 2012. Please contact the speechwriter immediately if you have no yet submitted your required speech.
Award Rehearsal: A speaker-ready room will be available for you to practice using the teleprompter. The speechwriter will be on hand to assist you on Friday and Saturday, February 8th and 9th.
Photo Guidelines: If you have not yet submitted a photograph, please submit a recent photograph that may be used in our US Black Engineer (USBE) Magazine or in the conference guide. Submit by December 31, 2012. PLEASE NOTE - If your award is at a lunch venue, you do not need to submit a photo.
