After Nominating
  • Make sure your nominees feel special. Take this as an opportunity to show the importance of diversity in your organization
  • Highlight them in your organization's newsletter
  • Host a special luncheon for them, giving them your own award for being nominated


NOTIFICATION

Nominators are notified by e-mail following the selection committee meeting

Nominators will receive information about:

  1. The status of their nominees
  2. General conference information
  3. Instructions on how to register for the conference taking advantage of a special nominee discount

 

Award winners are notified by e-mail 7 days after the nominator is notified

Award winners will receive information about:

  1. The venue where the award will be presented, to include dates, time, and location
  2. General conference information
  3. Speech requirements, if applicable
  4. Information about the award categories and their requirements
  5. Instructions on how to register for the conference

 

Non-winners are notified by U.S. mail  

Non-winners will receive:

  1. Certificate of Nomination
  2. General conference information
  3. Instructions on how to register for the conference taking advantage of a special nominee discount
