Description & Details Dynamic, diversity firm seeks energetic, professional account executive for its sales team. The candidate should be a self-starter with a strong drive to succeed, successful track record of executing sales strategies and business plans, together with experience selling, negotiating and closing deals. Ability to effectively manage customer & staff relationships, prompt respond to customer inquiries, ensure promises are kept and manage expectations. Experience in human resources/diversity field is a plus. This role reports to the Associate Publisher.

CCG Account Executive

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build and develop successful customer relationships via a consultative sales process
  • Creatively identify and prospect into new territories while developing and managing sales pipeline activity
  • Achieve or exceed realistic individual sales quota levels to reach your financial goals
  • Extend business in existing and past accounts
  • Develop and effectively communicate full understanding of our varied products, staffing services and other workforce solutions
  • Work well within a team environment leveraging proven processes to achieve sales success
  • Have the ability to stay driven and focused on new sales in successful national company
  • Maintain sales database

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a Business or HR emphasis
  • 3 - 5 years of related work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent people, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Ability to effectively communicate sales performance by producing all necessary reports in an effective, timely and tailored manner
  • Ability to build an effective customer service orientation relationship between the client and company
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM database
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of HubSpot, LinkedIn and strong Networking skills
