About CCG Events

CCG offers two powerful annual conferences that celebrate diversity by recognizing minorities who have achieved outstanding success in their technology careers. Each of these three-day events culminates with an awards ceremony. Everyone who attends these recognition events leaves realizing that they have witnessed something very special. The ceremonies, along with the exhibits, job fairs, seminars, and other special events, create a highly charged environment. Minority technology professionals, college technology students, and interested pre-college students are eager to meet with companies committed to diversity and to learn more about the excellent careers they offer.

BEYA STARS AND STRIPES

Each year the featured service of the Stars and Stripes event alternates between the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, Air Force, National Guard Bureau and is determined on a rotating basis. The United States Marine Corps will be the featured service of the 2020 Stars and Stripes event.

WOC STEM CONFERENCE

The Women of Color (WOC) STEM Conference recognizes outstanding women in the STEM fields. It provides excellent opportunities for professional development, networking, and recruiting. CCG's Women of Color Magazine is the host.

The conference is focused on the development of STEM women and ensures that the superior achievements and importance of these outstanding women in STEM are highly visible to all conference participants.

Corporate and Government Partners

CCG’s corporate and government partners use the conferences as opportunities to connect with the 7,000 to 10,000 conference attendees. They use their exhibit space to discuss jobs, careers, their diversity programs, and their organization, with potential applicants and other interested attendees. They use the sponsored receptions, luncheons, and special events to network with the many high-profile professionals and executives, from Corporate America and high-tech government agencies, who attend and participate.
